Het PolyPlasticum heeft niet alleen een schitterende oude celluloid en bakelietverzameling maar is ook een kennis en informatie centrum voor de kunststofindustrie. Sinds november 2010 is het Polyplasticum gevestigd op Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim te Zwolle.
