With 57 employees, the Kunststoff-Institut Ludenscheid combines scientific know-how with today’s production capabilities. Our focus is on increasing the quality and economic efficiency- especially for injection moulded parts. For that reason we offer technological services as for example mould temperature control. Optimising the cycle time and increasing the component quality by means of variothermal processes are among the issues to be addressed by modern temperature control technology. BFMOLDTM technology can be used for the cooling of flat components but can also be used in combination with variothermal temperature control using water. In this way, this technology allows for short heating and cooling times.
